Organic Cannellini Beans
Phil’s Cannellini Bean Bruschetta
Ingredients: 1 pouch Fig Food Cannellini Beans, drained • 1 clove garlic, minced • 3 T. extra virgin olive oil • 3/4 c. fresh tomato, medium diced • 5 leaves of fresh basil, thinly sliced • 1 T. red wine vinegar • 1/2 t. sea salt • freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and allow ingredients to marinate about an hour before serving. Serve with toasted French bread slices or serve as a side dish. Share with friends and family, they’ll be impressed!
